It’s ok to be emotional about being newly diagnosed with celiac disease or a food allergy. Changing your lifestyle to be completely gluten free or allergy free is a journey full of ups and downs. You’re allowed to feel those emotions however you need to. I am grateful to have super supportive family & friends who care about my health needs and I know not everyone has that. I also found solace in the online gluten free community. Your feelings are valid, you are strong and you will get through this!
